The Offices
The ground floor comprises four offices available to let. The first floor is occupied by Market Engineering, owner of North Bar House. The second floor comprises a large, heavily timbered period conference room.
On the ground floor at the front of the building (the two doors on the left of the plan are the two green doors in the photograph) there are three period offices that have a dedicated entrance through the front of the building, the central door leading into a timbered hall. Each office has its own lockable panelled door off the hall.
These offices can also be accessed via the carpark at the rear and office three has a dedicated entrance at the front.

The room marked 'Office 4' on the plan has been converted into a modern kitchen and rest area that is available to all tenants. Each tenant has dedicated kitchen storage.

Office Five (20.86ft x 14.56ft) (304sq ft) (6.36m x 4.44m) is a modern open plan office with its own entrance from the car park via a small hall. The office is self contained with its own kitchen and WC accessed off the hall. This is an independent office unit so does not have direct access to the rest of the building, although tenants are welcome to use the building facilities as set out in the table.

Terms
Minimum term six months. Rent to be paid monthly in advance. A returnable deposit equivalent to one month's rental is required. Interest on overdue invoices will be charged at 3% per month plus a £30 administration fee. All contracts under UK law. Any questions concerning invoices must be made known within seven days.
